Its a great feeling knowing that you belong to such a huge family that will always be growing. I have done part 1 about 6 times and part 2 twice, done Sri Sri Yoga and DSN as well. It just keeps getting better. Everyday I am always getting to talk to at least one person, to inspire,motivate, empower, and this makes my day. The surreal but calming influence on my life was so profound that I even contacted a medical doctor friend to ask if the practice was medicaly safe ! - It is. I am keeping my commitment to perform the daily exercise for three months, but already feel it has become a benificial part of my life. It realy has accentuated joy and peace in my life. This is real !! I am looking forward to attending teh Part Two course when it is run.
