Friends

I had an amazing watsu experience this morning with my friend Andrea. We hadn’t seen each other for years and when I found out that she does this form of healing, I jumped at the chance to experience it.
She’s a bit shy to be on video, but I did take some footage surreptitiously, hehe, and [...]

With some of the other beautiful people at the Space of Love, we made beautiful music while preparing breakfast. There was so much love and happy smiles flowing around that my heart is still overflowing with delicious feelings.
Please go to http://spaceoflove.co.za and find out about our other gatherings!

Serene, the beauty of the thought
Endless, surreal
Unchained and unspoken
Until the words caress
Enticingly leading the way
Following and leading
Simultaneous thought
Intertwined light
Shining, eternal
Solitude of oneness
Softly speak of the journey
And of the sojourners here
Past present future exist not
For there is no time
No distance between
Only now and here

Face to the Sun
inhaling the first breath of morning,
the fresh dew and rich earth
penetrate my lungs and, deeper still,
awaken my senses to the Dawn.
The meandering trail
invites me to leave it’s security,
to trek alongside valley streams
fed by never-ceasing waterfalls.
I’m led to the water
to bathe in an endless flow
of crisp, invigorating water
flowing from a life-giving Source
which surrounds [...]

Unfulfilled promises
Unanswered questions
Why didn’t you?
Were you afraid?
Were you distracted?
Why are you waiting?
Tomorrow looms eternal in mind
Yet today is
Here
Now
Breathe
Touch
See
Feel
Yes feel the release
As promises are fulfilled
And questions are answered before they are spoken
Awaken from dreams you have yet to dream and
Feel
Now

The Struggle within
And yet the dawn breaks
The Sun will arise
No thought to cloudy skies
The Love yearning to break free of
confinement
attachment
suffocating bonds
The Love yearning to break free of. . .
me.
The Peace unveiled
So delicately yet so
Powerful in Motion
Fluid, it fills me
Satiates my Need.

I am just going to say it – there was a time when I hated kids. Aside from their basic cuteness – I thought they were an annoying bunch. So year in and out I would look at people with little kids and think, “Ha-ha, at least [...]
