I LOVE this book by Tim Brown, CEO of IDEO, one of those companies I get gushy thinking about working with (like when I think about XPlane). This book, Change by Design: How Design Thinking Transforms Organizations and Inspires Innovation (amazon affiliate link), gave me immediate payback on how I view New Marketing Labs, and also how I plan to work with clients in the coming months.
