Day 17
Hello!
I have many thoughts and questions about macrobiotics at the moment…hmmm…hmmm…hmm….but I am not ready to share that yet. When the time is right I will but for now I must go on questioning and learning, and so must you!
Breakfast
A small bowl of miso soup made with onion, carrot & wakame
A small bowl of brown rice porridge with gomasio and shoyu
Lunch
Spelt pasta with courgette, carrot and pesto sauce, salad leaves & pressed beetroot
Grain coffee
Dinner
A teeny bowl of squash soup
Brown rice, sauerkraut with grated apple and carrot, curly kale and some beautiful black beans
Two desserts successfully avoided…phew!
