Lunch

Tempeh, red cabbage, veg stir fry, brown rice & pressed salad

Strawberry mousse

Waffles

1 lovely little cocoa truffle!

Dinner

Brown rice, onion tempura, red lentil dahl, pressed salad, roasted parsnips

Nine star ki is absolutely fascinating and very insightful¬†:O) I can’t wait to learn more about it!
