Hey!

I am VERY happy to report a marked improvement to my thoughts, emotions and wellbeing today! Yayy! It’s amazing what a little bit of time can do!

Breakfast

Miso soup made with onions, carrot, wakame, ginger, shitake & watercress

Mugwort (he he, I nearly wrote hogwort!) mochi fried in some oil and then drizzled with shoyu and rice vinegar…mmmmmm!!

Sauerkraut

Lunch

Sweet rice, hato mugi & sauerkraut (mmm, this was soo yummy)

Twig tea

Dinner

Millet, soba sushi, corn on the cob, arame & onions, stir fried kale with garlic and ginger, gherkins & roasted squash. What a lovely feast! yummy!!
