Hey!

Breakfast

Miso soup from yesterday with buckwheat noodles

Lunch

Millet, stir fried kale with garlic & ginger, gherkins, arame & onions & soba sushi

Dinner

Salmon with a shoyu & horseradish dressing with steamed carrots

Grain coffee with soya milk

I may struggle to post tomorrow as I’ll be travelling, however, I’ll be back as soon as I can :)
