epap – A Highly Nutricious Way Of Life
I first discovered ePap long ago hearing about it on radio, and on my way to the dolphin trip in Mozambique, we spent the night in a B&B and were introduced to the amazing work that is being done with this nutricious meal replacement.
My friend from the trip, Susan, is starting some kind of project to feed a school in her area in Olivenhout and she reminded me that an article appeared in The Star about ePap.
I want to help out so I did some googling and found this:
Basil Kransdorff is an industrial chemist who helped develop ePap says that set what set’s it apart from other maize-based porridges is the chelated chemicals in the product.
“We have technology that enables us to take a mineral and coat it in amino-acids, which are the building blocks for protein. These manage to eliminate the positive or negative charges on the minerals.”
One of the largest benefits of ePap is how easy it is to make. It requires no cooking, and can be mixed with warm or cold water, milk, maas or yoghurt. An average helping of four spoons will swell up to four times in volume. It can also be mixed to any consistency.
I’ve decided to promote the work of this company and this page on my site is the beginning of how I’d like to help.
