I got this email from my yoga teacher Pritam and though I’m sharing it, cause I think she’s amazing, and I love to spread the work she does, I can’t help but wonder why this is only open to women.
Surely men are radiant and natural and want to feel fantastic too. Maybe I’m just complaining because I want to be there, with all those amazing women at her cooking class and show off my culinary talents, hehe.
Anyway, here’s the email she sent:
Woman is naturally radiant!
Yet there are a lot of foods that dull our radiance.
Some foods dampen us to the point that even make up cannot rescue :-/
The good news is that there are delicious healing foods and drinks and easy, magical protocols that quickly enhance your radiance and bring it back on track! The better news is that in the process you’ll feel fantastic, too!
This evening food demo introduces us to skills of being good to ourselves.
There are times when we don’t know what to eat and how to stabilise our energy.
We will work around woman’s physiological and metabolic potential:

- What to eat when you’re on the run, stressed up, when healthy eating has gone out the door, how to effortlessly detox and even – joyfully splurge!
- Magical ways to be in a state of excellence and joy, making your body the temple of the Self.
- Vegetarian, gluten-free foods, tips and tricks distilled from decades of experience of vegetarian, yogic and ayurvedic whole foods!
This knowledge lifts us in our middle years and beyond but it is never too early to start, so this is good for young women, too!
And these foods will also work for the kids and your partner!
