With this quote begins the Happy Water site, though it wasn’t my first introduction to the water. I’m sitting here in one of my favourite Jozi restaunrants, Fresh Earth, and on my asking for a glass of water (a favourite beverage) I was offered a stunning bottle of this liquid refreshment and a little booklet explaining the properties.
