I recently asked everyone I know for help and both times I received back an overwhelmingly positive and generous response from them.
The second instance of this was, people I both know and don’t ¬†know commenting on my blog post about me applying for a blogger job position at Brand South Africa Blog.
It reaffirms the wisdom that we all are given exactly what we ask for in life but with a challenge. During the second interview, this time with Yolande, who’s in charge of the account with the client, she asked me,
“Haroun, how will your spiritual nature cope with being in a competitive corporate and political environment. ”
I thought I handled it rather well at the time, saying something confidently about how the gentle spiritual nature is exactly what is needed in all sectors of society, especially this one. And I gave an equally convincing 2010 lesson, but really a scare speech about the nature of reality changing and our response to it.
Hectic! I don’t see that kind of behaviour going down too well at a meeting of Chinese business men and bigwig government officials, opening another open cast mine and creating 10 000 jobs.
Anyway, the point of this story is to invite you write down your request to the world, to me, to the readers here and most importantly to your own higher power.
Please add yours here, I’d so love to know what you want, and if I can be the one to help you, I’d so happy. Or perhaps someone reading can be the one. I want to read your stories of miracles and glory in your successes and growth.
Oh, and how did the job story end?
Well I sent a message to Japie, asking him to offer Mongezi the job, he wants it just as much as I do but not as much as I want to be what I want to be 
dear Haroun, I love to write something. The fact is it is very difficult to explain how a spiritual being can exist in the world. Living in an environment with mostly “mind”full people it is difficult to stay grounded in spirituality. We humans want to integrate new ways of “thinking”and knowing, yet to live yourself in every moment , in this moment who you really are,is something very difficult and challenging for many to understand.
From this place I ask people to have their hearts open for those who live their truths , even if it is very strange and hard to believe.
Be open-hearted and open-minded. In the time to come differences will be fading away.
World is a place for peace , I wish you all to experience this .

How can you help? Mmm…
I have just created a new concept. It is called Mood Perfume and I created it to help people to be more comfortable with their emotions while smelling divine. The information came from my personal experience with mood and I started using essential oils to help me. One day I felt I could share this and I was hesitant at first as I didn’t have enough self confidence. Then I just sat down one morning and the recipes came to me. I literally sat down and wrote them down and then made the first one”Joyous Morning” at home using techniques I learnt online from the ancient Egyptians and Greeks’ methods. I have created and made three Mood Perfumes so far. And then I started selling them at two markets for two days so far and the response from people have been overwhelmingly positive. So that was a WOW! experience for me, to see something that came from me being so well received.
How you can help me is to advise me on the best way forward to trade online as I think it it something that should be shared with many people. I’d also like to hear where would be good places to market these products. I also want to offer a Personalised Mood Perfume that I will create for people using information I obtain from them in consultation. I’ve done this for one lady so far.

My request to the world, you, myself, my higher power, anyone who reads this:
Breathe. Take a moment to realize that everyone you meet is on a journey. Realize that the person on the subway, across the table, or walking down the street may only have seconds to know you in this world. What do you wish for them to know?
You, you’ll have your entire life to learn who you are. Remember the inner core of your being, don’t get distracted by the unimportant. Be confident in your true motivation and objectives. When you follow your true essence, the results in this life may be the same as if you had followed the distraction; your motivation, however, is different.
Success is a matter of perspective. Make decisions for the wrong reasons and you will crave, hunger, desire; you will feel an inescapable void. Follow your true being, your true desires, and you will be satiated, content, whole. You will Be.
My request of everyone in the world is to treat other people as you wish to be treated. And even if someone chooses to walk a path that is different than yours, do not judge them. I believe it is by no chance that this email arrived at my door step so to spaek.I am an South African living in southern California and had the chance to meet lovely Courtney through my daughter Carmen-Jean Cluttey who was attending the Waldorf School at the time. Carmen-Jean was blown away by Coutney on a class 3 day trip .I then attended Courney’s sound journey circle which I now miss living in the US.
Anyhow I am currently led to study with a local America sangoma who did her thwasa and initiation in Swaziland. I am grateful to have been led to her and would like to complete my 2 year studies with her and then do a traditional initiation in African with an sangoma one who is open to the possibilities. I halfway through my training with Gretchen Mckay is an sangoma ever stops learning.
So in brief I am opening to the universe to show me my way to a new teacher who is willing to initiated a new type of Songoma who could bridge to two worlds threw the giudance of the ancestors. So be it.

I recently got a rare chance to own a professional video camera at a 1/4th of the new price. Someone close to me promised to help but pulled out with no excuse or reason. The offer has now passed me by. There is another camera available but I still don’t have the money.
If you would know anyone who can provide the loan and would be willing to accept repayment over 6 months, please let me know. I have a written motivation to support my request.

Hi Haroun, if you had asked me this question just two weeks ago I would have given you all sorts of passionate, heartfelt and muddled wishes and ideas. The last two weeks have been about seriously letting go of everything I thought I knew and wanted. The pace has slowed somewhat but I am still moving through the unknown. Recently (after reading the brilliant book Ocean Sea by Alessandro Baricco) I was made aware of the power of intention- or prayer.And a friend suggested it as neccessary for me. I have enjoyed exploring no-form tremendously, the void-like quality of the feminine. But now it seems time to explore the form; the purposeful masculine focus of intent.
When I set my intention; when I make my prayer I will post it here!!!

My passion is holistic health with a focus on nutrition; that is, nutritional healing, and using nutrition as a way to create optimal health and prevention of so many of the diseases that plague our modern world (cancer, diabetes, heart disease, fibromyalgia to name only a few). It can be a battle to eat healthy. There are so many conflicting theories out there, and many of the foods on offer in the grocery stores falsely advertise to be natural or healthy. In 2009, I trained in the New York City (USA) at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I became certified as a Health Counselor. This program changed my life, and I want to use what I learned to change the lives of others. I studied over 100 dietary theories and was fortunate to hear lectures from leaders in the field such as Andrew Weil, Deepak Chopra, and many others. I don’t adhere to one particular theory, and believe that there should not be a “one size fits all” approach to nutrition. My question to you and your readership is: in what way do you think I could best help people to gain awareness on nutrition and become empowered to create a joyful and life-sustaining relationship with food? I offer a 6-month counseling program for individuals, and I can do a lecture series, but I would also love to think on a larger scale, and would particularly like to get involved in disadvantaged communities. I am in Cape Town, and sometimes feel I am trying to operate in a vacuum. Could anyone recommend any contacts that they think might be helpful or synergistic for me? Thank you for the message Haroun. Yours has a convincing power that was because all comes from you is the truth and the real world. Some asked how you give good competition to the internet were in fact yours is comes differently. But it goes this way, internet today comes next to reality. In the real world their are two kinds of personality that dominates, their are the responsible ones and the irresponsible, their are the good and the bad. The same thing in the internet, their are the responsible bloggers and the irresponsible bloggers. Those irresponsible bloggers are the ones that comes out nothing in mind but money, that even make scams to make money out of you. It just happened that HAROUN is a responsible blogger and take a look at this site, only the good and the responsible bloggers meets here. We don’t have to worry, their are still lots of good and responsible bloggers left. Let us all work together to cleanse the internet from scams.
