It’s crunch time for the climate. There’s a little over four months until world leaders will converge in Copenhagen to hammer out a new global climate pact. Much attention has been paid to what the U.S. and China will agree to before talks begin, but don’t sleep on India, whose population exceeds 1 billion and is a rapidly expanding economy.
