We will be working with Kundalini yoga Kriyas and Mantras with the aim to provide you with the tools you need to have a personal practice. The retreats will give you the space to take valauble personel time to renew and refresh, a place to share your practice with each other and develop a community.

Sunday, 14th June, Full Day Kundalini Yoga retreat:
Winter solstice is coming the so lets enjoy the magnificent winter day together, breathe, move and renew.
There will be a catered lunch for the one day retreat. In the afternoon we will go for a walk on the property where we will practice Chi Gong and some forest meditations.
What to bring: Comfortable clothes for yoga, some walking shoes and a costume. A sun Hat, sun screen.
Cost: R320 for the day including lunch from Sprigs
9:00-10:30 Yoga + gong meditation
11:00-1:00 Meditation, Yoga
1:00-2:30 Lunch
2:30-500 Walk + meditations in Forest and at waterfall + Chi gong
Winter Solstice Retreat

Come and Camp, practice, share, work together, walk in the forest, swim, and enjoy the magnificent weather. Lets have our own winter solstice celebration in the kundaling yoga tradition.
Refresh to renew. Lets celebrate our practice. There will be classes on breathing and meditation, and the opportunity to rest and renew
You can either be a day visitor, camp, or Stay in one of the many B&B’s in the area.
Day Visitors Cost: R400 per day including lunch from Sprigs.
Course will start at 9:00am on Sat and Sunday.and end at 18:00
(You are welcome to come for 5:00am practice on Saturday and Sunday mornings)
R800 for both days
Campers: Cost R 1250 for the weekend including all meals.
Arrive after 12:00pm Friday Afternoon, Supper at 18:00.
First class and chanting evening at 19:30
Sadhana at 5:00 with chanting.
What to bring: Tent, flashlight, good strong closed walking shoes, jeans, swimming costume, hat, sun block, insect repellent, plate, knife, spoon, cup, water bottle and bowl. , jersey, shawl for meditation, blanket (hey its winter) sheepskin, towel, sleeping bag. Tarp for sitting on the ground. A note book and pen. A smile and easy attitude of service to each other. Its winter so rain is unlikly but be prepared for rain.
Food We will provide a simple cleansing diet as recommended by Yogi Bhajan, fruit and porridge for breakfast, mung beans and rice with salad for lunch and soup and salad for dinner.

What a beautiful and relaxing event..I sure hope one of these days I can experience it, with a hectic lifestyle, i need to relax and decompress.
