I am running the Sweat Lodge again this Sun and would love to see you there if you can make it. Here are the details:
The Sweat Lodge will be held on Sunday 13th June, at the Blue Hippo farm. (The farm is situated at the foothills of the Riviersonderend mountain range, Greyton in the Western Cape.)
We will begin the Lodge at 12:00 noon, ending in the afternoon with a vegetarian soup and bread. We are enjoying having the lodges mid-day during these cold winter months, it is the warmest time of day and gives you the opportunity to take the scenic drive through to Greyton and spend the day.
