My Kundalini Yoga Experiences at the Ishta Yoga Studio

I’ve been doing Kundalini Yoga for about 2 years at the Ishta Yoga Studio. I do Pritam’s Sunday morning classes. I used to do the Monday night classes too, but these days its not so convenient for me. Soon though
Since I also work at the Centre, doing email marketing, working on the web site and advertising on Google, I wanted to create a video promoting the centre and Pritam’s classes. So with a lot of help of my friends, some of whom have also become Kundalini Yoga addicts, this is what I came up with.
