Yoga and Last Tuesday of the Month Dinner at Grace Yoga

Heya yogi/yogini beings (underneath all those
layers)…

I’m sure you know I’m leading Yoga classes every
tues at 6pm at Grace yoga studios (http://grace-yoga.co.za/) at
no 11 4th ave Highlands north. And now starting classes wed 6:30pm at another
awesome space of note: PureZest (www.purezest.com) studio (8a garden rd,
Norwood).

Every last tues of the month we do a bring’n share
sorta (vegetarian) dinner after my tuesday Yoga class, So dinner usually
8ish..

So I invite you to Come and enjoy the sweet safe,
warm space wi good people to do Yoga – my classes are a Hatha style
with breath and bodywork, with energy and mind awareness focus each
day having a theme to touch each person uniquely with where they are
at…

please support the studio with a R30
contribution, apart from that I work on a donation basis with no
expectations!

We (Roots Landscaping and Jade & Ann) have
also been shaping the tranquil garden space with a new kick-ass fire pit of
note (will keep you posted if you like for the inauguration ceremony of the
fire pit) and bamboo waterfeature to enhance the vibe…

Ann does daily classes, and there’s usually a
thursday meditation evening - see website for schedule..
