HAWAIIAN CHANTING AND DYNAMIC MEDITATION RETREAT
The ancient Hawaiians understood the profound power of sound and their powerful chants are a sacred gift we can all benefit from today. Activating and cleansing, these beautiful chants work on the cellular level to effect positive change in our bodies and lives.

- We will begin each day with gentle stretching
- We will use several Hawaiian chants and active Huna meditations to achieve presence, heighten mana (personal power), bring clarity to our purpose and personal intentions and create powerful energy towards manifesting them.
- We will enjoy delicious, nurturing vegetarian food
- We will share simple and highly effective Hawaiian healing tools for self and to share with others
- All in the spirit of Aloha and joy.
All who have an interest in aligning, clearing and harnessing energies towards the highest good and greatest joy of all concerned are welcome. No experience in massage or Huna necessary to benefit from this Hawaiian healing retreat.
Please note, there will be no giving or receiving of Kahuna massage on this retreat.
