Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is similar to a guided meditation. It’s like sleeping consciously. A technique that instantly recharges you

Yoga nidra is like the ultimate power nap, but with a spiritual twist.

It’s a form of guided meditation that helps you relax deeply and access a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping.

During a yoga nidra session, you lie down in a comfortable position and listen to the calming voice of an instructor as they guide you through a series of relaxation techniques.

It helps to reduce stress, improve sleep, and promote healing on both physical and emotional levels.

The best part? You don’t have to do anything except lay there and listen – perfect for those who struggle with traditional forms of meditation or just need a little extra relaxation in their lives.

Plus, it’s like pressing the reset button on your mind and body, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated after just one session.

Yoga in the park with Anoosha Lakha

My yoga teacher Anoosha Lakha started weekly breathwork sessions online. She runs them every Monday and has been doing so for the last 3 months.

Here’s a pic of us doing yoga on a Saturday morning after the Parkrun at Rose Park in Lenasia. She’s an excellent teacher and this free class has turned out to be really popular with students attending from neighbouring suburbs.

Anyway, I managed to get a recording of her October Yoga Nidra session and if you’re interested in hearing it, then please fill in the form below and I shall send it to you immediately.
