On 18, 19,20 December 2015 Gedgedacht Care for the Planet will be hosting a FREE WEEKEND TRAINING COURSE ON PERMACULTURE/ BIODYNAMIC?ORGANIC AGRICULTURE with a focus on alternate food preparation and growing food naturally.
We are practising the new economy of sharing by offering this event free. We can only do this by inviting all participants to bring a sleeping bag, tent, hammock so no accommodation fees are needed and to bring food enough to enjoy and share with others don’t forget to bring a cup, spoon and plate as well as serving dishes if you have. Items most needed are staples like oil, rice, flour, pasta and plenty of veggies as we often have plenty of vegetarians. But if you want a steak bring it along.
Facilitation is done by everyone willing as everyone has something to teach and this is the platform to share your gifts. We will have some very senior teachers holding the space and sharing a vast wealth of knowledge and expertise with us. So whether your new to this or an old hand there will definitely be plenty to learn.
We will be having presentations on a wide variety of food related topics, sustainability, food security and the. But we will also be having plenty of fun as we have dams to swim in, mountains to walk on, bicycles to ride, birds to watch, compost to turn, stars to gaze at and people to love.
This will be an alcohol and drug free event and we would love to have your children come along.
This invitation is open to all from Friday 18 dec (arrival after midday as we are on a working farm) until Sunday 20 December 2015 late.If you wanna stay longer that’s also fine.
Please feel free to pass this on to all the people in your network who are interested in this topics.
