Dubbed the “Ponzi Pastor”, Colin Davids was granted bail of R100,000 after Platinum Forex’s assets were seized by the Hawks. He appeared in court a few weeks ago and the prosecutor asked for a postponement which was granted.

They’re asking for more people to come forward to present evidence.

The article linked above suggests that the case continues in September, seems like a long away.

According to an audit, it seems like about 2000 people invested over R300 million. Lots of money to be made from forex but only if you take the time to learn properly or if you let the experts trade your account.

Forex trading is hard enough without scammers stealing your money. Just be aware of stories that are too good to be true.
