I needed to logout of Netflix on the Smart TV box I’m using here at home, so that I could watch on my computer, I share this account with someone, and I finally found how to do it on this site, which worked for me and may work for you too.

From within the Netflix application, use the arrows on your remote to enter the following sequence: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up.
Select Sign out or Deactivate.
