Polynesian floor work is one of the modules taught on Kahuna level 3. This deep and dynamic treatment is shared fully clothed on a floor mat.
It is an energizing session which offers relaxation, rotation and release of tension and rigidity in the joints.
It is also detoxifies and tonifies the lymphatic and energetic systems of the body as it focuses on the meridian lines and energy nodes throughout the body.
This refresher weekend is an opportunity to revisit this highly effective work and bring more confidence through practice and repetition. It is for anyone who enjoyed both giving and receiving this floor work on level 3 and would like to deepen your understanding of and practice of the technique.
This is also a wonderful opportunity to be in Kahuna space once again and to practice self care through giving and receiving of a kahuna modality which focuses on breath, loving touch and alignment of body, mind and spirit.
